Dear Commissioner

I live in the wonderful community of Cypress Chase in Orlando which is on State Road 535 between Lake Mabel and Lake Sheen. We are a very diverse community of 168 homes with many young families. We bought our home here, as did many families, to enjoy the quite safe environment that it provided.

We have recently learned that property within our gated community, that contains 3 homes has filed for a zoning change to raise their zoning to 13 homes on 6.6 acres.

The possibility of this happening was never disclosed to any of the families that live here. If they are given a new zoning it will destroy the safety and security that we now enjoy.

We would be looking at the possibility of several years of construction equipment, materials, and a constant flow of unknown workers through our gates. This with the possibility of work going 7Am to 7PM 7 days a week. We would lose the safety and the sense of community if our community is turned into a jobsite.

We respectfully ask for your help. We ask for your advice. Can you help us make this a less invasive project? Can we make it more community safe and less invasive? Possibly one unit per acre?

Thank you in advance for your help and congratulations on your win.
