Peter…” they will get what they want”
I have talked to several county inspectors and it is a long way from being approved! I was told there “were some issues” and the outcome of the project was unclear. A long way from Peter and Patrica’s report from the Lowerys were “getting what they wanted.“
After months of denying the Lowery property had filed for rezoning, Peter acknowledged it was in happening.
Just a month ago he had said “it probably won’t sell for another 20 years” This attitude is part of his pro-developer (Lowery) leaning, supposedly to lead us to believe there was nothing go on.
Even after acknowledging that rezoning was filed, he and Patricia of our Management company tell us that they(Lowery) will “get what they want” and the board will do nothing. If there was any doubt that our board is pro-developer, that should make it clear.
The amazing part is it shows how naïve and simple-minded our board is that they listen to this information from the Lowrey’s and then turn around and tell the owners like it’s a fact. Its not.
In the video Peter first said he talked to a” Land use attorney “who told them that “they would get what they wanted” Patricia moments later stated that” they “had told them it was a done deal. Peter didn’t want to have it known that they were meeting with the Lowrey’s but Patricia let it slip. This is all on the video
So not only is Peter meeting with the Lowrey’s but he takes their word as gospel. Of course, the Lowrey’s are going to say it’s a done deal.
But for Peter and Patricia to bring it to us as a fact shows how badly we need a new board.
